chap 3,9,10 presentations

Starting with the speeches I think they were all great, I love how my team explain the topic and were very creative we did a great job putting all the information together and explaining it. Chapter 3 it's about culture and communication they are an important role in society and in our dayli life. We need to learn how to understand and be flexible with other people's cultures, not everyone thinks the same or has the same culture. the better we learn and comprehend other people's cultures the better people we become. in the past use to exist that if you were a woman you have to be nurturing and the men have to be a leader and be in charge, we still have some kind of thinking but every day we learn and become better. In chapter 9 we learn that about group work and how to work together. being part of a team can be challenging but if you put effort to achieve what you need to do it will be a success. in chapter 10 I learn that leadership plays an important part in a group without a leader the work can be disorganized and there will be no source of data to build off or to keep on track. They are different types of a leader there is a formal leader is a person designated to facilitate the group process, theirs informal emergent leader is a member who helps lead the group to achieve different leadership functions and for the last, theirs shared leadership functions that are sets of roles that group members perform to facilitate the work of the group and help maintain a harmonious relationship between members.  Groups need to maintain roles so that everyone knows what to do. Finally, all this information definitely will help me in the future when I'm working with my team or in society.
